The Milano strap sandal with additional features for use in ESD areas is a great choice for daily work environments. Permanently gentle discharge is guaranteed by the combination of an ESD footbed and a specially developed sole. Sensitive parts are therefore protected. The adjustable straps prevent ankle twisting and keep the joints and muscles going even during long days at work. All BIRKENSTOCK ESD models are tested in accordance with the requirements of EN 61340 and meet the ESD requirements of 1.0 × 105 to 3.5 × 107 ohms.

Upper material: Birko-Flor® is a skin-friendly, tear-resistant and easy-to-care-for synthetic material which is exclusively used by BIRKENSTOCK.

Insole: Natural leather can be recognized by its untreated surface. BIRKENSTOCK purposely does not treat surface grains and other characteristic features. BIRKENSTOCK uses sturdy leather with a thickness of 2.8 to 3.2 millimeters as upper material.

Footbed material: Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning.

Outsole: Ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) anti-static is a high-quality, particularly lightweight and elastic synthetic material with excellent shock-absorbing and anti-static properties.
